At Carriage Lane we kind of think it’s what's most important!
Starting our intimate wedding business 4 years ago we knew what we wanted to focus on because it’s everything we wanted in a wedding; stress free, romantic, beautiful, easy and personal. We also didn’t want our wedding plans to leave us with a huge debt.
Heading into our fifth wedding season we continue to plan and coordinate beautiful, intimate weddings that our couples remember for the rest of their lives. We are still honoured to be trusted with planning each and every wedding whether that’s an intimate elopement or a small’ish micro wedding. At Carriage Lane we take this gift seriously and go ‘above and beyond’ to make your wedding dreams come true.
We spend hours coordinating the personalized details and making sure that nothing is overlooked. We work with an amazing group of wedding specialists and local professionals who help us make your wedding day perfect. We are beyond thrilled to collaborate with the amazing team at Lake on the Mountain resort and offer larger weddings at one of the County's most stunningly beautiful, historical properties. We are also thrilled to invite guests into our private waterfront wedding studio location in Carrying Place on the Bay of Quinte.
Both of our Prince Edward County waterfront wedding locations offer so many unique qualities which we are thrilled to share.
Our small family business continues to grow because of the amazing collaborations and incredibly talented individuals that make up our ‘Carriage Lane family’. We are thrilled to be experiencing our fifth wedding season and look forward to many, many more years of creating intimate, personal, romantic weddings in Prince Edward County.

I love what I do, I do what I love. Lucky for me running Carriage Lane fits perfectly with those ideals. As a full-time elementary school teacher my days can be packed full, but honestly meeting with couples and co-planning their wedding day is just delightful. Seeing their excitement on their wedding day when everything unfolds exactly the way they have dreamed makes the busiest days completely worth it.

Becoming an officiant has been a completely rewarding experience. Collaborating with my wife Lisa and performing ceremonies for Carriage Lane is really just icing on the cake….wedding cake of course!

This team would not be complete without recognizing the ‘behind the scenes extraordinary talent’ of this amazing human. Alex is responsible for pulling together our carefully curated charcuterie trays and sweets tables. Running a family business has a lot of perks, but it also has a lot of responsibilities and we are thrilled to have Alex on board!
